• 2+ years of experience with operation and maintenance of BAS, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems OR an advanced degree.
• Experience with BAS design, installation, commissioning, and training.
• Excellent mechanical system knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems).

Responsibilities

• Lead BAS projects from concept through execution, including milestone oversight.
• Review drawings, specs, and equipment designs for BAS installations at client sites.
• Manage budgeting, purchasing, and capital expenditure requests for BAS initiatives.
