Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC-R, and kitchen systems. You will respond to service calls, document work in the CMMS, and assist with inventory and event setups.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of maintenance experience. Applicants must hold relevant HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications and be able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, miscellaneous repairs).
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action.
• Working knowledge of maintenance, repair and service across facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC-R, and kitchen equipment.
• Respond to maintenance service calls promptly and document work in CMMS.
• Assist with inventory, parts ordering, and safety compliance.
• Support event setups and teardowns as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Illinois Gaming Board procedures and SOPs.
