Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 5 years as a Facility Engineering Technician in a Manufacturing environment or equivalent
• Associate degree with 3 years as a Facility Engineering Technician
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline may substitute for experience
• Experience with commercial building utility power, air compressors, emergency generators, plumbing, fire detection, and facility systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping and safety management for the facility
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to align facility priorities with production needs
• Troubleshoot and restore building system upsets; communicate status and ETA
• Provide day‑to‑day technical direction to facility technicians and vendors
• Support budget processes and drive cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Oversee contractor work and lifecycle management of facility systems
• Plan and coordinate design, construction, and maintenance of building systems
