Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Facility Management, construction or similar field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities to extend equipment life and conserve energy.
• Review and inspect all life safety systems.
• Be available for emergency calls.
• Complete purchases and inventory management.
• Implement energy conservation measures.

Skills

Proficient knowledge of HVAC

Knowledge of electrical switches and relays

Knowledge of OSHA standards

Ability to operate a computer proficiently

Ability to work without direct supervision

Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability
