Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance property wide.
• Work daily with personal hand tools and company owned power tools.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner using the computer-based program.
• Communicate details of work orders and follow-up to completion.
• Notify Supervisors of parts and inventory needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow safety rules.
