Responsibilities include monitoring HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BAS systems, conducting safety inspections, and supporting capital projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification in building systems preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in building engineering, facilities management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Address and resolve building system malfunctions promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies during and after business hours.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor building management systems to optimize energy usage and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair history.
• Escort vendors and contractors on-site following site safety requirements.
• Assist with capital improvement projects and renovations, providing technical input.
