Job summary
A historic membership organization in Kirkland, Washington is seeking a Building Engineer to manage and troubleshoot building mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, emergency response, and ensuring safety and comfort in the building. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HVAC or refrigeration, along with a high school diploma. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years practical experience in HVAC or refrigeration system operation.
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
