The role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, with strong problem-solving and flexibility to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance or related trade.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises the administration, improvement, maintenance, and general operations of properties.
• Designs, schedules, and coordinates upkeep, major repairs, remodeling, or construction projects.
• Takes feedback from residents and uses it to improve services.
• Determines repairs and/or maintenance based on inspections of grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Acts as liaison between onsite managers, tenants, and owners.
• Maintains property records including costs, permits, and availability.
• Ensures safety guidelines and regulations are followed.
• Completes ongoing training and certifications.
