Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a Facilities Building Engineer to work at our Tampa area facilities. The role is 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday with occasional night and weekend work.

You will maintain, troubleshoot and repair all building operating systems, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safe, continuous site operations. High school diploma and at least 5 years of building operations experience required, plus CFC certification and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in building operations engineering and maintenance.
• Proficiency with multiple maintenance tasks and systems is required.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and management for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Coordinate contractor, tenant and management approvals for work orders and outside work.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and records; use work order software to track tasks.
• Respond to safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and environmental needs of tenants.
• Assist in snow and ice clearing operations and maintain organized building files.
