Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in a technical or engineering support role in architecture, construction, facilities maintenance, or mechanical design.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Building Construction, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support for tenant improvement projects, new construction, equipment installations, building repairs, and ongoing maintenance.
• Identify, prioritize, and communicate recommendations for facility improvements with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Lead projects related to equipment upgrades, relocations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure equipment and control panel compliance with building codes and standards, including coordination with vendors and integrators.
• Draft and maintain technical documentation and procedures for buildings, utilities, and equipment.
• Support internal audits and inspections by ensuring documentation is accurate and current.
