Job summary

Modern Industries Manufacturing is seeking an engineer or technical specialist to provide engineering and technical support for tenant improvements, new construction, and equipment installations. The role also involves drafting documentation, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to identify facility improvements and lead equipment upgrade projects in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline (Architecture, Building Construction, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Experience in technical or engineering support in architecture, construction, facilities maintenance, or mechanical design

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support for tenant improvement projects, new construction, equipment installations, and building repairs.
• Identify, prioritize, and communicate recommendations for facility improvements with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Participate in and lead projects related to equipment upgrades, relocations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Draft and maintain technical documentation and procedures for buildings, utilities, and equipment, including supporting internal audits and inspections by ensuring documentation is accurate and properly organized.
