Job summary

Providence Health & Services in Spokane, WA seeks an experienced boiler operator to maintain all mechanical‑electrical systems excluding Bio‑Medical equipment. The role involves operating high‑pressure gas/oil boilers and related machinery, with supervision from the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualified candidates will have boiler operation experience and Licenses Grade I and II within 3 years of hire, plus education sufficient for license/registration to ensure compliance and safety in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Boiler operation experience is required.
• National Boiler Operator Grade II License must be obtained within 3 years of hire.
• National Boiler Operator Grade I License must be obtained within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains boiler and mechanical systems as described in duties.
• Operates and maintains one or more gas/oil-fired high‑pressure boilers and associated equipment.

• Experience in boiler operation and maintenance and repair of mechanical systems
