Shift Information:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Onsite Position!
• Pay range starts at $42+/hr!
• 6+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:

• Position is primarily responsible for reviewing facility procedures, writing commissioning reports and validation protocols, and ensuring proper execution of established protocols and SOPs.
• Position will also be responsible for inspecting manufacturing facilities and investigating nonconformances involving building systems, HVAC controls, pest controls, equipment, and other site-specific issues.
• Position will be in charge of documenting investigation findings, performing root cause analysis, maintaining controlled process documentation, and working with the facility manager to implement improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of facilities engineering experience supporting a manufacturing or industrial facility is required!
• Experience with facility and building systems, including HVAC and equipment, is required!
• Root cause analysis, nonconformance investigation, and problem-solving experience is required!
• Strong technical writing and engineering documentation experience is required!
• Experience preparing commissioning reports or facility validation protocols is preferred!
• Experience maintaining controlled documentation such as work instructions, process flow diagrams, gap analyses, control plans, or risk-management documentation is preferred!
