Precision Castparts Corp. in Garden Grove, CA, seeks a facilities-focused engineer to coordinate programming, inspection, andRepair of plant equipment, and to test and calibrate electrical and mechanical systems. You will help plan heat/power operations and drive maintenance strategies.
The role requires a engineering degree with 6–10 years of related experience, including facilities management or project engineering, and involves working with subcontractors and staff training.
Specializes in Facility-based projects. Facilitates and acts in charge of the programming, coordinating, inspection, and repairs of equipment in the plant based on direction from the Facilities Manager. Takes part in the testing and calibration of electrical and mechanical systems. Demonstrates, builds, and enforces the best exercises for all projects and functions within the facility. Plans, directs, and controls the operations involved with heat, power and electricity to the facility.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $79,500 to $119,300 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
