Synerg is seeking a Facilities Engineer based in Cambridge, MA, with 2–6 years of experience for operations in laboratory and utility environments. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day oversight, maintenance, and troubleshooting of facility systems and equipment, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations. The Facilities Engineer will conduct routine inspections, maintain accurate documentation, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and support ongoing operations. Experience in GMP environments and regulatory compliance is important.
Travel to client sites may be required up to 100%, depending on project demands and client expectations.
