Job summary

Teledyne Imaging Sensors in Camarillo, CA, seeks a Facilities Engineer to join a mission-focused team. You will design, plan, and execute facilities projects focusing on mechanical systems, HVAC, and process utilities for semiconductor manufacturing, collaborating with R&D and Production in Class 100 and 10K cleanrooms.

You will oversee contractors, ensure scope, schedule, and quality, coordinate EH&S with external agencies, maintain 24/7 operations, and support preventive/predictive maintenance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field with 7-10 years of facilities experience.
  • Experience with cleanroom utilities and process gases.
  • Knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001 quality standards.
  • Ability to collaborate with process engineers to define facility requirements.

What You'll Do:

Complete design, planning, and execution of facilities engineering projects, focusing on mechanical systems, HVAC, and process utilities for semiconductor manufacturing.

Participate in facilities operations and technical projects from concept through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality requirements are met.

Oversee contractor and vendor activities for maintenance, repair, service, and construction of facility systems.

Ensure regulatory compliance by coordinating with EH&S and interfacing with fire, building, environmental, and other external agencies.

Support R&D and Production in Class 100 and 10K cleanrooms while maintaining reliable 24/7 facility operations and directing preventative/predictive maintenance programs.

What You Need:

Technical knowledge of semiconductor tools, cleanroom operations, and the facility utilities that support process performance and yield.

Expertise with process gases, DI/RO water, CDA, cooling water, nitrogen systems, vacuum systems, and other critical cleanroom utilities.

Proven ability to collaborate with process engineers to define facility requirements and implement proactive system controls.

Skilled in delivering mechanical/HVAC/process-utility projects, with strong organization, communication, and AutoCAD/Microsoft Office proficiency.

Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality standards (AS9100/ISO9001), ethical conduct, and sound professional judgment.

Bachelor's Degree in related field with 7-10 years of facilities experience.

US citizenship due to access restrictions.

#TS&I Salary Range: $96,600.00-$128,800.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
