Job summary

Schaeffler Group USA Inc. is seeking a capable engineering professional to lead regional energy management and green production initiatives across North and South America.

You will coordinate ISO 50001 implementation, drive efficiency programs, and collect and analyze energy data to support sustainability goals. In this role you will collaborate with corporate, EHS, regional teams, and Engineering/IT/Digitalization to plan complex repairs, investments, and facility optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Advanced engineering & physics knowledge.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
• Continuous improvement approach.
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regional activities related to energy management and green production across North and South American locations.
• Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO 50001 Energy Management System in alignment with corporate requirements.
• Drive initiatives to improve energy efficiency, water efficiency, and landfill reduction.
• Collect, validate, analyze and maintain energy and sustainability related data.
• Support and collaborate with corporate, EHS, regional colleagues across Schaeffler Production System organization.
• Plan and coordinate complex non-routine repairs or infrastructure investments, and lead projects in cooperation with Engineering, IT and/or Digitalization, for facilities assigned.
• Cooperate with Industrial Engineering in the continuous optimization of facilities and technical infrastructure.
