Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or vocational training preferred.
• Formal training and/or practical experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry construction, alterations and repairs; build, install and repair floors, roofs, doors, windows, wood fixtures, and furniture.
• Under supervision of an electrician, install, alter, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and fixtures.
• Under supervision of a plumber, install, alter, maintain, and repair plumbing equipment and fixtures.
• Establish and maintain athletic fields and adjacent grounds, equipment, and facilities including grassed areas, shrubs and trees, sidewalks, drives, and parking areas.
• Perform other general maintenance functions as assigned by school administration.
