Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation seeks an experienced Facilities Electrician to join the Maintenance Department. The role involves hands-on electrical maintenance, NEC code compliance, and working in a dynamic theme park setting.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of troubleshooting electrical systems, completion of an accredited trade school or equivalent experience, strong English communication, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience troubleshooting electrical systems, electronics and equipment.
• Completion of an accredited trade school or four years electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to differentiate colors.
• Solid reading and verbal/written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/jobs.
• Excellent people skills.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Excellent reading, writing and spoken English.
• Position requires full availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment in maintenance operations.
• Apply NEC codes and ARC Flash safety guidelines.
• Modify circuits, receptacles, lights, switches on existing circuits.
• Replace panels or motors with like-for-like units.
• Add circuits to existing conduit runs.
