Job summary

RRD is seeking a Mechanical Electrical Tech (Facility and Equip) for 1st shift in Pittsburgh. The role is full-time, with an hourly compensation between 24 and 35 USD and requires repairing, wiring, testing, and maintaining industrial equipment.

Responsibilities include reading diagrams, installing wiring, troubleshooting controls, and ensuring OSHA/LOTO compliant safety practices. Candidates should be skilled with hand/power tools and multi-meters and able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have skill in the use of hand tools, power tools and test equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical industrial equipment, including AC/DC, motors and drives.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment per diagrams and specs.
• Perform general repairs (building, drywall, painting) as needed.
• Install, modify, repair, troubleshoot and load electrical lines and fixtures.
• Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment; follow electrical code and blueprints.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
