Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead the design, coordination, installation oversight, and commissioning of electrical systems across commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. This role blends hands-on field knowledge with engineering design.

You will ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while complying with codes and standards, and you will supervise project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities electrical engineering and/or electrical construction.
• Proven project management experience supporting small- to medium-scale projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar engineering/design tools.
• Ability to effectively bridge field execution with engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordination, installation oversight, and commissioning of electrical systems across commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Combine hands-on field knowledge with engineering design, project management responsibilities, and team supervision.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
