Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Engineer with hands-on Electrical Engineering, Substation, and BESS experience to support engineering, design, and delivery of power infrastructure projects from scoping through commissioning.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and utility partners to ensure on-time execution while interpreting drawings, specs, and technical documents. Travel up to 25% and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
3–5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Project Engineering, Substation design/operations, or BESS.
Experience with power system tools (ETAP, SKM, PSCAD) is a plus.
Experience in renewable energy, utilities developers or EPC firms.
Travel up to 25%.
