Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in the United States is seeking a Facilities and EHS+S Supervisor to lead Safety, Facilities Maintenance, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental Compliance across our distribution operation. Responsibilities

• Lead facility and maintenance functions to ensure safe, efficient distribution operations.
• Develop and administer annual operating and capital budgets; advise leadership on facility needs.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Lead EHS+S compliance efforts and manage regulatory risk and continuous improvement.
