Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for its Rochester, NY site to lead daily sterile eye-health production operations. You will oversee schedules, ensure quality and safety, mentor teams, drive lean initiatives, and push data-driven improvements across functions.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure safe, compliant manufacturing in a high-regulation environment.

Qualifications
