Qualifications

• 2–5 years of facilities management experience or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and condition of facilities, establish preventive maintenance schedules, and uphold standards for efficiency and appearance.
• Develop and monitor annual facilities budget and capital expenditure plans; forecast costs and identify savings.
• Plan and coordinate renovations, infrastructure improvements, and new construction with contractors and internal stakeholders.
