Responsibilities

• Manage system-wide custodial and mobile coverage for all locations.
• Lead on-site during emergencies (weather, etc.) and coordinate response.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan for custodial operations.
• Coordinate with other departments during renovations and renovations projects.
• Manage custodial budget, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership.
