Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Maintenance Director to ensure the Life Safety Code, facilities, equipment and utilities are well maintained, while also leading housekeeping and laundry to create a clean, homelike environment for residents.

The role offers full-time hours with shifts Mon–Fri 8:00a–4:30p, on-call, and wage up to $38/hour based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping and/or laundry, preferably in healthcare/hospitality.
• At least 2 years in environmental services, maintenance, or related trade.
• Life Safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Life Safety Code, facilities, equipment and utilities in good order in line with policies and regs.
• Oversee housekeeping and laundry to provide a clean, homelike environment and quality laundry services.
