Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, construction, emergency repairs, or roofing preferred.
• Working knowledge of new construction and remodel projects.

• Oversee general maintenance of Twin Lakes Family YMCA.
• Supervise maintenance tasks and coordinate 3rd party services.
• Ensure Aquatic Center is operational and address necessary repairs.
