Job summary

YMCA of Central Texas is seeking a Full-Time Property and Facility Director for the Twin Lakes Branch in Cedar Park, TX. You will oversee maintenance staff, manage repairs, and ensure a clean, safe facility for members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in maintenance, construction, emergency repairs and/or roofing preferred.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a preventative maintenance program for a safe, well-maintained Branch.
• Submit invoices to AP and ensure timely processing.
• Repair and maintain interior, exterior, and equipment; supervise tasks and coordinate with third-party services.
