Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressively responsible experience in managing building design engineering staff.
• Healthcare/life sciences capital projects experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs the effective utilization of human and financial resources for major construction and reconstruction projects.
• Provides technical oversight to MEP disciplines and consultants to ensure plans meet schedules and budgets.
• Collaborates with senior management on facilities master planning and regulatory compliance.
