Job summary

CITY HOME located in Tamarac, FL is seeking a Building Custodian to maintain a clean and safe environment for associates. You will support the Facilities Department in the corporate office and showroom spaces.

Responsibilities include floor cleaning, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restroom sanitation. Prior office cleaning experience preferred; English proficiency and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or trade school completed.
• At least 1 year of office cleaning experience.
• 40 hours per week in a corporate office/showroom setting with one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors in offices and showrooms.
• Dust office furniture, wipe surfaces, and sanitize desks.Restrooms cleaned and restocked.
• Notify supervisor of repair needs and maintain stairwells/electrical rooms.
