Job summary

CITY HOME is seeking a Building Custodian for our Plant City, Florida location. The role focuses on keeping the facilities clean and safe for all associates in a full-time, on-site environment.

Responsibilities include floor care, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, waste management, and supporting showroom areas. The position requires at least a year of cleaning experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and ability to listen well.
• One year of office cleaning experience preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors in offices and conference rooms by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Dust furniture, clean windows, sanitize surfaces, and manage trash and recycling.
• Restroom cleaning and restocking of dispensers.
• Notify supervisor of repairs and maintain showroom/restroom cleanliness at all showrooms.
