Job summary

Camaco, LLC is seeking a dedicated janitorial/maintenance assistant to keep offices, cafeterias and plant areas clean and orderly. Responsibilities include cleaning windows, stocking supplies, setting up meeting spaces, and assisting with safety checks and routine maintenance as instructed.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and effective communication with all levels of staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean the office, bathrooms, cafeteria and kitchen.
• Wash interior and exterior windows.
• Empty trash containers around the property.
• Pick up litter in the parking lot.
• Refill hand sanitizer dispensers.
• Operate the floor scrubber and floor polisher as instructed.
• Clean up spills on the plant floor.
• Set up tables and chairs for meetings.
• Stock janitorial supplies in assigned locations.
• Inspect fire extinguishers and emergency light fixtures.
• Clean ceiling vent covers.
• Change damaged ceiling tiles.
• Paint as instructed.
• Clean areas of the plant as instructed.
• Other tasks as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
