Job summary

Responsibilities include executing cleaning schedules, operating standard equipment, maintaining safe work areas, and supporting maintenance staff. A personal smart device is required at start, and occasional travel between sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months custodial experience.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training accepted.
• Must pass Background Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning schedules and ensure supplies and equipment are available.
• Drive to and from county buildings as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment (mops, vacuums, waxing machinery).
• Prepare equipment for safe operation and perform routine maintenance.
• Clean floors, restrooms, windows, and wipe surfaces.
• Substitute during temporary absences to maintain operations.
