Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, and wax floors and clean lavatories.
• Arrange and move office equipment and furniture; wash windows and walls.
• Maintain inventory and order custodial supplies; keep records and reports.
• Operate custodial equipment; perform simple maintenance like electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Perform grounds work: mow lawn, water, and coordinate after-hours setup.
• Provide daily task assignments and support supervision as needed.
