Qualifications

• Training: No formal education required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors.
• Dust and wipe furniture, desks, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, toilets, urinals, and showers.
• Clean kitchens, break rooms, cafeterias, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Perform basic repairs such as replacing light bulbs and tightening fixtures.
• Report maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Check doors, windows, locks, lights, and equipment.
• Help prepare rooms for meetings and events.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, carpet cleaners and pressure washers.
