Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret procedures, policies and regulations.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisor, staff, and public.

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping District facilities neat, clean and safe.
• Assist in maintenance and storage of District property.
• Assist in restocking and expediting material within facilities.
• Assist in implementing the preventative maintenance program for the District.
• Report unauthorized persons or damages to appropriate authority.
• Adhere to District policies and attend training as required.
