Candidates must be able to lift and maneuver cleaning equipment and materials and follow established guidelines. Responsibilities include restroom and common area cleaning, conference room upkeep, and addressing custodial issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of custodial methods and standards.
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all County restrooms in assigned buildings, restocking paper products and cleaning fixtures.
• Cleans all common and public areas, including floors, dusting, and HVAC grills.
• Cleans conference rooms, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables and chairs, walls and blinds.
• Responds to custodial issues as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
