Qualifications

• Lead custodial staff and coordinate daily work assignments, provide training, monitor progress, and communicate concerns to supervisor.
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties including restrooms, floors, surfaces, and windows.
• Provide training on cleaning procedures, equipment use, chemical handling, and safety practices.
• Monitor inventory levels, distribute supplies, and report needs to prevent shortages.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality and safety; address deficiencies with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a custodial crew and assign daily tasks; monitor progress and safety.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, windows, floors, and surfaces; manage waste and recycling.
• Train staff on procedures, PPE, and safety standards; participate in new hire orientation.
