Qualifications

• High School education required.
• 0–6 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work in dusty, dirty, wet and cold conditions.
• Ability to perform manual tasks related to moving of heavy equipment, furniture, and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, clean windows, dust, take out trash, clean bathrooms.
• Move furniture, partitions, equipment, communications cabling, and other items as necessary to clean floors.
• Operates floor care machinery including vacuums and extractors.
• Follows safety practices and procedures.
• Maintains machinery and equipment.
• Adheres to safety and label instructions with all chemicals and cleaning agents.
