Job summary

Brady Sullivan Properties is seeking a dependable cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of entrances, hallways, restrooms and common areas at our properties in Nashua, NH.

The role includes routine cleaning, occasional floor stripping/waxing, washing cabinets and sills, carpet shampooing, trash removal and dusting of walls, vents and fixtures. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is required.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to organize and schedule work to complete tasks timely.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods, stoop, bend, grip, balance, climb, reach and lift.
• Keep the building clean and orderly.
• Self-starter, neat in appearance.
• Take direction well, friendly and professional.
• Work independently.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Routine cleaning of entrances, hallways, stairwells, bathrooms and common areas.
• Strip, wax and buff floors on occasion.
• Wash cabinets and windowsills.
• Shampoo carpets and remove trash.
• Dust and clean walls, ceiling vents and light fixtures.
