Job summary

Brady Sullivan Properties is seeking a dynamic custodian to join the Maintenance team in Providence. The role focuses on routine cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring entrances, hallways, and common areas are neat and orderly.

Responsibilities include floor care, carpet shampooing, and dusting wall surfaces and fixtures. Ideal candidates will have prior cleaning experience, the ability to follow instructions, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Routine cleaning
• Routine maintenance
• Assures that the entrances, hallways, stairwells, bathrooms and common areas are neat and clean

Minimum Qualifications:
