Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and surrounding grounds.
• Stock and restock unit supplies.
• Sweep, wash, strip, and wax floors as needed.
• Dispose of litter and debris from grounds.
• Conduct safety inspections of building and grounds.
• Supervise and monitor residents cleaning activities.
• Inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond to emergency sanitation matters and incidents.
• Drive company vehicle on business and transport clients as required.
• Maintain VOAC policies and procedures knowledge.
• Represent program to vendors, community and the public professionally.
