Qualifications

• Prior janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain/maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.

Responsibilities

• Follow industrial safety guidelines and promote a safe workplace culture.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies per contract standards.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, halls, and entryways according to schedule.
• Trash and recyclables collection from all areas; restock supplies daily.
• Lock doors after cleaning and perform other duties as assigned.
