Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One semester (12 credit hours) of college, OR ABLE passing score.
• 1 year janitorial/general cleaning in industrial environment.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with insurable record.
• Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
• 2FA may be required using personal mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ethical, trauma-informed, respectful communications.
• Perform moderately complex custodial work at Bivins Pointe and other sites.
• Clean and care for building, maintain equipment, and handle minor repairs.
• Requisition supplies and coordinate with staff for coverage.
• Coordinate custodial maintenance with Director and other areas as needed.
• Work under limited supervision with initiative and judgment.
• Attend required training and comply with Code of Conduct.
