Responsibilities

• Coordinate work and schedule with afternoon shift.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment.
• Operate heating, cooling, electrical and mechanical systems and report repairs.
• Order and replenish custodial supplies for the building.
• Assist cafeteria staff during meal periods.
• Maintain floors, surfaces and restrooms; clean and sanitize areas.
