Qualifications

• Must certify in the use of cleaning equipment (sweepers, buffers, lifts, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and team lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, and mechanical lifts

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, public areas, and fixtures as instructed
• Operate cleaning equipment like vacuums, buffers, and power washers
• Handle waste disposal and restock supplies
• Perform emergency cleanups (floods, spills, bodily fluids)
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Report safety or security issues and needed repairs
• Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned
