Job summary

OMEX (Titian Cleaning, LLC.) is hiring a reliable Janitor to maintain cleanliness of Phoenix Police Department facilities at Black Mountain Precinct. This full-time role runs 7am–3:30pm (6am-2:30pm flexible) Monday to Friday, with opportunities to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, common areas, locker rooms, kitchens, and reporting maintenance concerns.

Qualifications

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.
Clean and sanitize locker room, exercise room, holding cells, patio area, and parking lot.
Clean and sanitize break room, briefing room, kitchens, and water fountains.
Empty trash and recycling bins.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and entrance mats.
Dust fixtures, clean glass.
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
