Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in routine cleaning and light maintenance in professional settings preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, and other areas; stock supplies.
• Provide white glove service to maintain a polished environment across shared spaces.
• Empty trash and recycling daily and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Maintain clean exteriors around entrances, walkways, and gathering areas.
• Complete routine cleaning and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as bulb replacement and restocking consumables.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and report issues to the Facility Engineer Manager.
• Interact professionally with employees and respond to facility needs with good customer service.
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
