Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking a dedicated Janitor/Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of our Alaska headquarters. The role ensures a safe, welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors by performing routine cleaning tasks and minor equipment maintenance.

The position offers part-time and full-time schedules with in-store compensation starting at $15.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and supplies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, break rooms, meeting rooms and restrooms.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Identify areas needing attention and restock supplies as needed.
• Operate and troubleshoot office machines like coffee, popcorn, and ice cream machines.
